just bought this off somebody the other day. so far, it seems to run fairly well, given the fact it has an i5 11400, and an RTX 3050. I was able to run a game like Ready or Not at epic settings with no issue. I think I'm going to upgrade it soon, and put a new GPU, CPU, and more RAM in it.

I just bought this with a i9-12900H and I just use it for programming and file managements

This phone feels so much ligher out of the cover, i did antutu and it gave 545k and 599k , generally all agree that 600k is sufficient for a lag free experience, and thats my experience as well , its eager to open apps, never a jitter , lag in day to day use, extremely smooth, haptics are good, front cam does 4k , edge detection on rear potrait is also good, see the one thing i have to keep in mind is that it is not designed as a gaming phone , that means it delivers 6 hours plus sot with a 4020 battery , ram management is good , haven't had comments dissapearing because i started reading something on chrome. I have pushed this in gaming a little bit here and there, runs cod , pubg I don't play and very high fps and i play on medium graphics although i could push it there as well , and its competitive. So all in all a positive thumbs up from my side. Couple of other positives , while the sides are flat the corners are curved and also as against the 11 lite 5g which i have used this will get android 14 update and atleast another year of security patches , so good for the next 2 years atleast , lastly the stock android is what i feel sets it out against other chininese brands as i was talking about the eagerness, i would still say my mini 5 might be a tad quicker but i blink in its app opening animation, this on auto feels smooth enough to not, khujli toh hoti hai to get a more powerful phone , but really big and heavy is what makes me reconsider it.

Ive got a Redmi A2 which only has 2GB of real ram but has the option to use 2 GB of Virtual ram. Considering 2GB is very low for Android 13 even for the GO Version does this make any sense ?

When I'm still using realme 3 pro having 4gb ram, virtual ram is very helpful especially when I play genshin impact. But now that I'm using poco f4 and samsung s21+ 5g with 8gb ram each, I don't think memory expansion and ram plus are helpful unless in 2025, when updated apps will use more ram, virtual ram will be helpful...

It is almost May 2024 now and this device has still not received Android 13, which is already a year late for roll-out. Motorola is very poor when it comes not to just the no of updates but also the ability to keep their promises. The last security patch on my device is from September 2023. This device was part of the Edge series and hasn't received the last OS update, which was promised. Also, the full HD support of Netflix was removed in later updates
